Positive: Two colored lines appear in the test and control regions, indicating the presence of MDV Ag in the sample.

Negative: Only one colored line appears in the control region, indicating the absence of MDV Ag in the sample.

Invalid: If no colored line appears in the control region, the test has failed and should be repeated using a new test cassette and a fresh sample.
