What Is The Principle Of Canine Distemper Test Strip

The distemper detection test strip belongs to the pet antigen test strip, which mainly adopts the immunocolloidal gold chromatography technology of double antibody sandwich method.

Pet antigen test strips generally use double-antibody sandwich-type immunocolloidal gold chromatography technology, which belongs to a one-step solid-phase membrane reaction.

After the test paper is dripped with the sample solution, the antigen in the solution crawls with the solution to the binding pad, reacts with the colloidal gold-labeled antibody 1 therein to form a red antigen-antibody complex, and then continues to move forward in the chromatography.

At the detection line (T) of the observation window, the antigen in the red immune complex is captured and intercepted by the pre-coated antibody 2 here. As the interception of the red complex increases, a red line is gradually formed. Therefore, according to the red T line The appearance of the sample solution can be judged as positive.

If there is no antigen in the sample, the immune antigen-antibody complex will not be formed, flow through the T, no capture and interception will occur, and the T will remain white, and it will be judged as negative.
